What is the definition of split?

Any break in 6 or 4 nights, in terms of either dates or property or city will fall into split.

Will we give option to customer for meal & travelling booking etc.?

At present Allies Holidays & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. can assist on customer request, again it will be depending on location and property type. We can book meals at the time of booking post customers confirmation.

Out of 6/4 night he can book 1 or 3 night? If yes, then remaining night will carry forward?

Nights can only be utilized in blocks of 2+ Nights. All remaining Nights will be allowed for carry forward for next to next year only.

In Domestic & International, night rules are same?

Nights entitlement in terms of number of nights is same for domestic or international Nights. Only they have a differential booking charge.

Pick up or Drop Facility Included in Package?

Pick up and drop is not a part of the package, however some hotels/resorts provide complimentary pick up/dropfacilities. Wherever complimentary facility is available, such facility will be provided free of cost. Also, customer can request and we can inform hotel for the same and charges to the customer which he can pay at hotel directly.

With Primary/Main member who can avail hotel facility?

Ideally with member any blood relative (wife / mother / father /brother/sister/ Son/ Daughter) can avail hotel facility as 2nd person. If any Non-blood relative travelling than need prior approval from reservation department at the time of booking and member has to pay a guest fees as per structure.

Is there any utilities charges?

Swimming Pool and Gym generally is always used free of charge. However, all hotel house Rules would apply to the plan holder. Allies Holidays & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. only guarantees stay.

From where customer can check properties for vacation?

Allies Holidays & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. Website will have an active list of all domestic and International properties.
